Maintenance
After daily using, please turn the power off. And close the inlet valves of
compressed air and steam. Open the bypass next to steam trap to drain remained air and water. At last, close the bypass.
After using two days, you need to check if there is enough lubrication oil
in oil cup of FRL. If there isn't, please fill in No.10 engine oil or turbine oil. After using two months, you need to check if the bumper is working fine. If it is leaking oil, please fill in No.46 hydraulic oil.
Oil-less bearings are used between all joints of machine. There is no need
to drip lubrication oil to joints in a year. After a year, you can drip lubrication oil to joints.
Please check out if the steam pressure and compressed air pressure has
exceed the technical requirement of this machine. Otherwise, it could cause personal injury and reduce the service life of this machine
